OUR JOURNEY

Built in the 1950s, our family has lived in this beautiful brick home for over 20 years. We've raised a wonderful family and it has been the base for a successful contracting business. We have housed relatives, raised dogs, peacocks, emus, and held many celebrations on the Rock Creek Gardens grounds.

In 2006, our family began the dream of sharing our property with others. With a grand lawn and several large water features, we decided that our home would be the perfect setting to host weddings and other outdoor events. Within one year, our beautiful bridal suite was completed inside the house, a fabulous creek was built, the lawn was terraced, and a sweeping aisle was laid.

Our first wedding took place on July 24, 2008, as we watched 150 guests celebrate a new marriage. We like to say that Rock Creek Gardens is a place "where journeys begin." Our journey at Rock Creek Gardens has truly just begun, and we want you to enjoy it with us. Our family business remains rooted in the spirit of generosity, family ties, celebration, and love.
